Kerstin Oschmann, or the founder and manager of InCo Trento. The association was created by her together with a group of friends in 2004, with the aim of promoting international volunteering opportunities at that time still little known in Italy. The idea of engaging in the field of intercultural exchanges was born after a period of voluntary work in Mexico and took shape after having achieved a Masters in Intercultural Pedagogy at the University of Berlin. In the early years she coordinated the various voluntary and international exchange programs and managed all the administrative aspects of the association. Today she is mainly involved in the strategic development of InCo, implementing new programs and projects and establishing new partnerships.

Neus Iranzo has a degree in Political Science and a Masters in "Intercultural Competence and Management". At InCo she mainly deals with the administrative and accounting part.

She is very happy to be part of an international team such as InCo that deals with communication and disseminates intercultural values. First of all, because she believes that the use of words can make the difference and, secondly, because she believes that interculturality does not only serve to live in a more just and respectful world but that it is above all a source of personal growth.
