The project ESC: Empower, Stay Afloat, Carry On!

On November 28th, the project ESC: Empower, Stay Afloat, Carry On - How to keep the motivation of volunteers high without losing yours in the process officially kicked off in Trento! The training is hosted by InCo Associazione and funded by Erasmus+.

The exchange brings together 25 participants from 16 countries, representing 21 different organizations. The project takes place from November 28th to December 4th, 2025.

For a week, participants will discover new working methods, exchange experiences, and build a meaningful international network focused on strengthening volunteer motivation and supporting youth workers in their everyday work.

Our first day was all about getting to know each other, connecting, and setting the tone for the week ahead and below you can find a few photos from this warm and energetic introduction day.

On Monday, we also had a special session connected to the Human Library concept, giving us the chance to get to know local volunteers through a Human Library activity an inspiring way to learn through personal stories and real-life experiences. ✨
