Ciao tutti.
I am Sati Gevorgyan from Armenia. I am lucky girl because I was doing my EVS in Bolzano, Italy. One of the greatest and wonderful city in Alto Adige. I was working at elders home with elder people and now when I am writing this story I remember them and miss them so so much.
After finishing my project I thought that this EVS for me was a great mission to help people who are really in need in all aspects: physical, psychological and social. I spent fantastic time in Bolzano and I really enjoyed my EVS. I discover not only Italy, Italians, Italian kitchen and culture also I discover myself, how I can act in different kind of situation and how to live abroad without family.
It was very important for me to learn Italian and this is really good point for EVS projects. I learned Italian fast and I didn't have any problems for communication. It was great also to learn language skills by speaking and contacting with elders .EVS helps me to find great friends in Italy and to communicate with foreigners. I think that all this period I tried to do my best for working , studying and learning much.
I will recommend every young and active person from different countries to participate in EVS projects which can give us so much nice opportunities and chances.
