A Year of Adventure Blog dei volontari
The last few months have gone by so quickly. I discoverded so many new places in italy but also discovered myself. During the work with the elderly but also during dicovering alto adige. I was always afraid of heights. Here I‘ve faced my fear and started to feel in love with hiking and the mountains.

As I look back on my year in Bolzano, I'm reminded of the lessons I learned:
- Be open to new experiences: Life is full of surprises, and being open to new experiences can lead to incredible growth and memories.
- Embrace challenges: Challenges are opportunities for growth, and embracing them can help you develop resilience and confidence.
- Appreciate the little things: Life is full of small joys, and appreciating them can bring happiness and fulfillment.
My Italian voluntary year in Bolzano was a journey I'll always treasure. It was a year of adventure, growth, and self-discovery. As I move forward, I'll carry the memories, lessons, and friendships I've made with me. If you're considering a similar experience, I encourage you to take the leap - it will be an adventure you'll never regret!
