Spring is arriving Blog

Now that spring is arriving, I feel like my energy is slowly coming back. Winter isn’t always beautiful, and the past few months were mostly grey. Still, there were small moments of joy in between.
I really feel settled at the school where I’m working. People recognize me now, and the kids are starting to truly trust me. Despite the service, I try to go on little trips and cycling tours whenever I can — whether it’s Rovereto, Lago di Garda, or Bolzano.
One of the biggest highlights is living close to the other volunteers. We have shared dinners and movie nights, and those simple evenings brought light into the cold and dark months.
