InCo – Verein für Interkulturelle Kommunikation ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der 2004 von einer Gruppe von Freunden gegründet wurde, die alle bereits einen internationalen Freiwilligendienst oder ein Auslandsstudium gemacht hatten. Mit InCo wollten sie anderen Jugendlichen die Möglichkeit bieten, eine ähnlich bereichernde Erfahrung im Ausland zu machen.
